The client will come to understand their difficulties very early in the counselling process. The techniques provided at Break Free Family Centre will allow the client to grasp new ways in coping with their problems. Most importantly, we offer emotional motivation in a one and one or group setting to help each client overcome difficult situations. Once the person admits that he/she has a problem, they will soon overcome them. More often than not, the alcoholic or drug addict is the last person to admit that they need or want help.
